When you play at Cake Poker you will automatically earn FPP's (Frequent Player points). You will earn FPP's by playing in any real money game including ring games and tournaments. Cake Poker then turns these FPP's into Gold Chips which can then be used for free entry into tournaments and items in the Cake Poker Shop.
How many Gold Chips do you get? Well that depends on various factors such as how much you play and what limits you play. Each Gold Chip becomes easier to earn as you go. For your first Gold Chip you will need to earn 120 FPP's and for your second you will need to earn 155 FPP's. This pattern continues untill you reach your 5th Gold Chip which will require you to earn only 70 FPP's. You then Get a 6th Gold Chip for free and any after that are earned at 70 FPP's. This resets at the beginning of every month and the sequence starts again.
Cake matches every dollar raked with 1 FPP. They are very accurate when it comes to calculating your FPP rewards. For example, if the table you are playing at is raked at $1.75, you will receive exactly 1.75 FPP's. If you play tournaments then you will earn 7 FPP's for every dollar that you pa in tournament fees. So if you play a $10 (+$1) tournament you will earn 7 FPP's.
Once you have earned Gold Chips you can use them for many things. You can use them to enter tournaments or buy a wide range of items from the Cake Poker Shop including cash bonuses, electronics, cake and even a super bike!
